Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Applies to purchases shipped to an Australian address only

Magnolia Silver Jewellery knows that sometimes buying on the internet things can look different from the way they look when you try them on or match it with your dress.

That is why we are giving you a Money Back Guarantee that when you buy a product from us, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a money back guarantee. Please note that several terms and conditions apply:

1. You need to notify us within 2 working days of receiving the prodcut that you are unhappy with the product. To notify us simply go to the Contact page and complete your details and information. We will then contact you directly.

2. The money back guarantee relates to the cost of the product. In case you are returning the product to us you may choose from the following option:

A. Receive a credit for the full cost of the product you purchased. You can then use the credit to purchase something else at the store and we will ship it to you for free. Please note the product must first be returned to our offices in an unused condition.

B. Request a refund for the purchase you made. In this case you must first return the product to us in an unused condition. The refund that you will receive will be for the cost of the product less the cost of freight which is $8 in Australia. If you received a free freight with your product and request a refund, we will have to deduct the $8 freight cost from your refund.

3. If you bought a ring from us and the size doesn't match, please contact us so that we can arrange a new ring for you in the right size for no cost.
